Our Programs
There are four areas that need to be developed in a great beverage program. Our wine program will have a focus on California reds. From our experience, these are in the highest demand for steakhouses. We will have a local craft beer program and a very cool craft whiskey program that will also ensure patrons the ability to order their traditional favorite spirits. Lastly, we will have a fine non-alcoholic beverage program that follows the present growing trends.
Whiskey Program
We will have deep and rich selections of the finest whiskeys in the world. This collection will be reflected in our cocktail list.
Signature Cocktail List
Our food & beverage operation can take a significant role in creating a material amount of merchandise sales by producing and marketing a signature cocktail that is served on a cart in the dining room as well as in our lounge. Great taste, eye appeal and an element theatre can make this item very desirable. Add a take-away glass or goblet that is a part of the selling price and we have a win-win situation. Below is an example of such an item.
Cocktail Dracarys

The name of this cocktail can be described as follows:
The High Valyrian word "Dracarys" has become a sort of catchphrase for Dany. It literally means "dragonfire" and it's the word she uses to command her dragons to breathe fire which was the most powerful weapon of the day.
